Our water problem is almost solved…. water line is in, pump house is nearing completion and …wait for it…. we are open for business, almost.
Tonight at our City Council meeting I presented a plan to allow subdivisions to move forward and file their applications for development. What this means, is they can now start the process, designing, road work, piping and the necessary items to have a subdivision approved. However, until the water is flowing… no building permits will be issued.
This is a great start!
Sincerely,
Mayor Toby Mileski
